The City of Vancouver has amended the Zoning Bylaws to permit the building of Laneway Housing on all RS1 lots. 33' x 120' lots are allowed a 534 sq. ft. unit and 50' x 120' lots are allowed a 810 sq. ft. unit.
L41 Laneway Homes Ltd have several unit types available in single and 2-storey configurations and ranging from 254 sq. ft. to 750 sq. ft.
